If you have a repair or maintenance to do, here are the options available to you.

1) Leave us your vacuum in store (no appointment required) and we will contact you with an estimate. Estimates are free for repair and maintenance of any vacuum cleaners.

2) Contact us by phone at 1-844-900-4554 to explain what service is required and we will open a file at your name. You can then send us your vacuum by mail to the following address: Boutique Chapman, 46 Chemin de la Savane, Gatineau, Quebec, J8T 7Z3. Once the vacuum has been received, a technician will proceed with the verification and will contact you to give you an estimate. Once the work is completed, we will send you, at our expense, your vacuum cleaner by mail.
