Touché decaffeinated coffees are obtained by the process called Swiss Water Process (SWISS WATER®)

This modern technology uses only water. No solvents such as methylene chloride or ethyl acetate are used.

This chemical-free process guarantees 99.9% caffeine-free coffee.

This gentle method thus preserves the chlorogenic acids and amino acids contained in the grain. The result is a better body and better flavor.
